1. Replace 14 low-efficiency centrifugal pumps. When replacing, a centrifugal pump with parameters close to the actual operating conditions is selected to ensure that the replaced pump always runs in an efficient state. We have done a comparison experiment on the efficiency of the centrifugal pump before and after the replacement. The experiment shows that after replacing the low-efficiency and high-consumption centrifugal pump, the pump efficiency can be improved by about 10%.
2. Application of frequency conversion energy-saving technology. For centrifugal pumps whose design parameters are greater than the actual operating conditions, after installing a variable frequency speed control device, they always operate in the high-efficiency area.
3. Promote and apply new energy-saving products such as high-efficiency and energy-saving permanent magnet speed-regulating motors and dual-power motors on major centrifugal pumps.
4. The choice of centrifugal pump. When choosing a new pump, you should choose a pump produced by a large manufacturer to ensure the high efficiency of the centrifugal pump.
5. Maintenance of centrifugal pumps. (1) Check and adjust the shaft end seal of the centrifugal pump frequently to reduce the volume loss; (2) When the centrifugal pump has been running for 10,000 hours, it should be overhauled to restore the pump efficiency; (3) Promote the application of ripples on the centrifugal pump Tube sealing technology completely eliminates the leakage of the centrifugal pump and improves the volumetric efficiency.
6. Clean the filter tank regularly, check the pipeline connection, and ensure that the centrifugal pump inlet pipeline is unblocked.
7. Strictly follow the centrifugal pump operation regulations. Before starting the pump, the disc pump should be opened, the inlet valve should be opened, the outlet valve should be closed, and the exhaust gas should be vented. Check whether the inlet pressure of the pump meets the requirements. Prevent cavitation of the pump caused by low supply pressure and insufficient flow.
8. Perform pump efficiency testing on centrifugal pumps on schedule. For pump sets with low pump efficiency, find the cause in time and take corresponding measures to solve it.
