working principle:
According to Yiboer's gas law, the product of pressure and volume of a certain mass of gas at a certain temperature is a constant. When the water pump is working, when the water is sent to the water supply network, the excess water enters the air pressure water tank, the water chamber expands and compresses the gas in the tank, and the air chamber shrinks and the pressure in the tank rises, and the pressure rises to the high working pressure P2 At this time, the electric control cabinet cuts off the power supply of the water pump, and the water pump stops. At this time, the pressure of the compressed gas in the tank is used to send the water stored in the tank to the water supply network. The water chamber shrinks, the air chamber expands, and the pressure in the tank also drops. When the pressure drops to the low working pressure P1, the electric control cabinet turns on the power supply of the water pump, and the water pump restarts.
Instructions for use:
1. The equipment should be kept level during installation.
2. The product has undergone pressure test and gas chamber inflation before leaving the factory. Users do not need to perform pressure test again, and the tank body must not be disassembled at will during on-site installation to prevent the gas in the tank from hurting people or affecting the sealing of the equipment.
3. The machine room should be well ventilated, and the room temperature (in winter) should not be lower than 2°C. Anti-freezing measures should be considered for outdoor installation.
4. If the debugger finds that the tank needs to be inflated during debugging, the following operating procedures should be strictly followed.
①The debugging procedure of the air pressure water tank should be carried out based on the principle of filling water first and then nitrogen filling. When filling water, the urban water supply system can be used to fill water. When filling water, the exhaust valve will be opened, and it will stop when the air in the water chamber is drained. Fill with water, close the exhaust valve, and start to inflate.
②When inflating, first turn the upper and lower pointers of the electric contact pressure gauge to the required high pressure and low pressure positions, and then open the inflation nozzle to inflate. When the inflation pressure of the air pressure reaches the high pressure P2 value, the inflation is completed, and the inflation nozzle is closed .
